Intel Arria® GX series chips are FPGA chips manufactured based on a 28nm process. They are highly flexible and programmable and can be widely used in data centers, communications, high-performance computing, and industrial automation. This series of chips includes two series, Arria GX, and Arria II GX, with different models and specifications.

Arria GX series chips feature up to 101K logic units, 4.5Mb memory, and 16 high-speed transceiver channels for high-performance computing and communication applications; while the Arria II GX series features up to 270K logic units, 11.5Mb memory, and 48 Features such as high-speed transceiver channels can be applied to high-speed data processing and analysis and other fields.

These chips use Intel's advanced low-power (LPP) 28nm process, which has excellent power consumption and performance. In addition, this series of chips also supports multiple protocols and interfaces, such as PCI Express Gen1/2, Gigabit Ethernet and DDR3, etc., which can meet the needs of different applications.
