Intel Cyclone® V GT series chip is an FPGA chip based on 28nm technology, featuring high performance, low power consumption, and strong programmability.

Intel Cyclone® V GT series of chips integrates hard-core processors and high-speed serial transceivers to provide a variety of high-speed communication interfaces and support DDR3 and DDR4 memories. In addition, it provides a wealth of logic resources and DSP blocks that can be used to implement complex signal processing and computing tasks.

Its parameters include a maximum number of logic elements (LE) of 261,120, a maximum memory capacity of 4,066,560 bits, and a maximum number of DSP blocks of 622. At the same time, the chip supports multiple working modes, including low power mode and fast configuration mode, to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
