Intel Stratix® 10 AX series chips are one of the leading high-performance FPGA chips in the industry, using Intel's 14nm 3D FinFET process, with up to 28,000 user-configurable logic cells, 1440 DSP blocks, and 60MB of on-chip memory.
In addition, the Stratix® 10 AX series also has up to 128 17.4Gbps transceivers and more than 2800 high-speed I/O pins. These properties make Stratix® 10 AX a high-bandwidth, low-latency, and high-reliability solution for applications such as data centers, 5G infrastructure, and high-performance computing.
