The Lattice GAL®16LV8 series chip adopts low-power CMOS technology, and has 8 wide-input logic cells, 8 output drivers, and 16 programmable logic gate arrays, providing 256 logic cells. The operating voltage of this series of chips is 2.5V to 5V, featuring high-speed performance and low power consumption, and the maximum operating frequency reaches 200MHz.
In addition, it supports multiple programming modes, including PAL and GAL programming modes.
