Lattice GAL®16LV8C is a low-power CPLD chip with high density, high speed, and low power consumption.
Lattice GAL®16LV8C series of chips provides 8 macrocells, and each macrocell contains 44 logic cells, which can realize various logic functions. Its power supply voltage is 1.8V to 5.0V, the quiescent operating current is only 1mA, the maximum frequency is as high as 166MHz, and the number of programmable logic cells is 256. In addition, GAL®16LV8C also provides two trigger modes, low-level trigger, and high-level trigger, to meet different application requirements.
Lattice GAL®16LV8C series of chips are suitable for a variety of applications, such as computers, communications, industrial control, and consumer electronics. It is widely used in embedded systems and can be used for storage control, circuit selection, state machine, timing control, etc.
It can also be used for logic cell expansion of FPGA systems, and verification and rapid prototyping of ASIC systems.
