The Lattice GAL®16LV8D is a low-power high-performance CPLD chip with 16 logic blocks and 8 macrocells, supporting a maximum operating frequency of up to 90 MHz.

The Lattice GAL®16LV8D series of chips use a 5V power supply, supports 3.3V and 2.5V output, and provides a wide range of programmable logic and I/O resources, including programmable macrocells, flip-flops, and dual-port RAM.
