iCE40™ HX
The Lattice iCE40™ HX family of chips is a low-power FPGA solution fabricated on a 40nm process and available in different logic densities and packaging options. It features low power consumption and high performance and supports multiple interfaces, including SPI, I2C, LVDS, and USB.
The Lattice iCE40™ HX series chips range from 384 to 7680 logic cells and provide embedded flash memory from 256KB to 1.1MB. Its maximum operating frequency can reach 100MHz, and its power consumption is between 10uW and 200mW.
The Lattice iCE40™ HX series chips are suitable for various low-power consumption, high-performance, and miniaturization applications, such as portable medical equipment, smart home, wireless sensor, industrial automation, embedded vision, consumer electronics, etc.
