ispLSI® 1000EA
The Lattice FPGA ispLSI® 1000EA series chip is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance FPGA chip. It uses a 130nm process and offers logic cells ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 gates and on-chip RAM from 2Kb to 128Kb.
In addition, it features E2CMOS® technology, which supports hot-swapping and reconfiguration, and ISP™ technology, which enables the chip to be programmed in-circuit through the JTAG port.
The Lattice FPGA ispLSI® series chip is mainly used in fields such as industrial automation, video processing, embedded control, communication, and medical treatment.
Due to its low cost and low power consumption, it is also suitable for consumer electronics that require an affordable FPGA solution, such as smart home devices, smart watches, smart wearables, etc.
