ispXPLD® 5000
The Lattice ispXPLD® 5000 series is a high-performance, low-power CPLD chip that provides programmable logic cells with multiple complex functions.
The Lattice ispXPLD® 500 series of chips have a wide range of I/O and internal RAM to meet the needs of various embedded applications. The chip provides up to 512 macro cells, 4096 logic cells, and 72 I/O pins.
They support multiple voltages from 2.5V to 3.3V and have various clock management functions.
