ispXPLD® 5000MB
Lattice ispXPLD® 5000MB series chip is a CPLD chip designed by Lattice Company for high-speed serial communication, video processing, audio processing, image processing, and other high-bandwidth data processing applications.
Lattice ispXPLD® 5000MB series of chips are manufactured by aluminum metallization CMOS process, which has the advantages of low power consumption, high-speed performance, and programmability, and can realize complex logic and signal processing functions.
In addition, it also provides abundant resources, including internal RAM and high-speed I/O, and supports multiple interface standards, such as LVDS, PCI Express, Gigabit Ethernet, etc.
Lattice ispXPLD® 5000MB series of chips includes two models, ispXPLD 5112MB and ispXPLD 5312MB, supporting 256 to 512 macrocells and 192 to 384 I/O pins. Applications include communication, video processing, audio processing, medical equipment, automation control, testing, and measurement, etc.
