The Lattice MACH445 series chip is a low-power, high-density, programmable logic device manufactured using a 45nm process, with approximately 44,000 to 117,000 programmable logic cells and 10Mbits to 25Mbits of embedded memory, and up to 576 I/O O pin.
The MACH445 also supports multiple low-power modes to maximize power savings during low-power operation.
