The Lattice ORCA® 2 series chip is a high-performance programmable logic device manufactured with a 0.25um CMOS process. It has the characteristics of large capacity, high speed, low power consumption, etc., and can provide a large number of programmable logic units, memory units, and I/O pins.
This series of chips provides a variety of models, including ORCA2, ORCA2E, ORCA2EC, and ORCA2LC.
The chip has up to 40,000 logic units, a maximum operating frequency of 260MHz, embedded memory with 5 million logic units, and supports various I/O standards.
