The Xilinx Versal® Prime series chip is a high-performance, multi-functional, low-power system-on-chip (SoC), which is the core of Xilinx's next-generation programmable platform. This series of chips adopt TSMC's 7-nanometer process, has a computing power of up to 60 million logic units (LUT) and nearly 25,000 digital signal processors (DSP) and also integrates AI engines, high-speed I/O and DDR4/ DDR5 storage controller and other peripherals.
