Xilinx Virtex®-E EM series chips are high-performance, low-power, programmable FPGA product series designed by Xilinx for high-end embedded system design and data center applications. Its series includes Virtex-E and Virtex-EM two kinds of models, among them Virtex-EM is the extended temperature FPGA facing high-reliability application.

Virtex®-E EM series chips adopt CMOS technology based on a 32nm process and have highly flexible programmable logic, high-speed memory, DSP resources, and a high-speed I/O interface. At the same time, this series also supports a variety of advanced timing management technologies and power management functions, which can effectively reduce power consumption and improve system performance.

Applications include high-end applications such as computer servers, communication infrastructure, medical equipment, image processing, video surveillance, and radar systems.
