The ICE40UP5K-MDP-EVN is an ultra-low power FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) from Lattice Semiconductor. This device is a member of the iCE40 UltraPlus family, which is the industry’s smallest and lowest power FPGA. It has 5K Look-Up Tables (LUTs), 4 Multiplier/Accumulators (MACs), 8Kbits of embedded RAM, and up to 28Kbits of user flash memory. It also supports up to eight I/O banks, each with up to 36 I/Os.
