The LC5512MV-45Q208C is a low-power, high-performance, single-chip microcontroller from ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in industrial and consumer applications. The LC5512MV-45Q208C has a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core with a maximum operating frequency of 45 MHz, and a wide range of on-chip peripherals. It also features a Power-On Reset (POR) circuit and an integrated voltage regulator. The chip includes an 8KB of on-chip RAM and a 208KB of Flash memory.


The LC5512MV-45Q208C has a wide range of peripheral functions, including serial communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI), analog-to-digital converters (ADC), pulse-width modulation (PWM), timers, and watchdog timers.
