The LFE5UM-45F-7MG285C is an advanced low-power field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip. It is manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor and is part of the company’s MachXO2 family of devices. The chip is built using the company’s low-power, low-cost, non-volatile, 45nm process technology. It features 4,500 Look-up Tables (LUTs) and 28,500 flip-flops, as well as a range of dedicated I/O blocks and other resources.
