LFE5UM-85F-PB-EVN Overview



The LFE5UM-85F-PB-EVN is a low-power, low-footprint, high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip designed by Lattice Semiconductor. It is a member of the LatticeECP5 family of FPGAs and is built with a 5-metal layer, ultra-low power process.


The LFE5UM-85F-PB-EVN features a capacity of 85K logic elements, up to 8.2Mb of M4K memory blocks, and up to 10,000 4-input look-up tables (LUTs). It also supports up to 1,024 user I/Os (including LVDS, LVCMOS, and differential I/Os). The chip has an operating voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V and a power consumption of less than 6W at maximum performance. It also supports advanced features such as embedded memory, phase-locked loops (PLLs), and dual-port RAM.


The LFE5UM-85F-PB-EVN is suitable for a wide range of applications, including communication systems, industrial automation, medical equipment, and consumer electronics.
