The M5LV-320/120-10YI is a low-voltage, low-power, high-speed, low-cost microcontroller chip with embedded non-volatile memory. It is based on the MSP430 core and features an integrated 10-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, and a 12-bit timer with a capture/compare module. It also includes an integrated oscillator, a watchdog timer, and a power-on reset circuit.


The M5LV-320/120-10YI is a highly integrated chip with a maximum clock frequency of 12 MHz and a power consumption of only 1.2 mW/MHz.
