MACH221-7JC Overview



The MACH221-7JC is a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) developed by Lattice Semiconductors. It is part of the MachXO2 series of low-power, small form-factor PLDs that feature the innovative Lattice ecI/O interface, as well as advanced logic, Flash memory, and high-speed I/Os. This device is a non-volatile PLD, which means its configuration is stored in the device's internal flash memory, making it ideal for applications requiring high reliability and stability.


The MACH221-7JC offers 3240 Look-Up Tables (LUTs), 8Kbits of eFuse OTP memory (One-Time Programmable), and 128kbits of user Flash memory. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V and supports up to 173 I/Os. The device comes in a compact 7x7mm package, making it ideal for handheld devices, portable equipment, and other space-constrained applications. Moreover, it offers high-speed communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB 2.0.
