The AFS250-1FG256 is a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip model manufactured by Actel Corporation. It is a single-chip device containing a high-performance, low-power FPGA fabric and a wide range of embedded memory blocks. The AFS250-1FG256 is based on Actel’s Axcelerator technology, which combines high-speed, low-power FPGA fabric with embedded memory blocks. The FPGA fabric consists of 250,000 system gates, with up to 256Kbits of embedded memory. The device also features up to 10,000 logic elements and up to 4,096 Flip-Flops.
