The LFSCM3GA40EP1-5FF1020I is a low-power, high-performance, low-cost System-on-Chip (SoC) model from Fujitsu Semiconductor. This chip is designed for embedded applications and features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor core with a maximum clock frequency of up to 40MHz. The chip also contains a variety of integrated peripherals, including an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, a 12-bit D/A converter, a 10-bit PWM timer, a 5-channel 16-bit timer, and a 10/100 Ethernet MAC.
