The Lattice iCE40 Ultra™ family is a low-power FPGA chip that provides high-performance digital signal processing while consuming as little as 1 microamp of static power.
It has the characteristics of high integration, strong flexibility, and good programmability, and is an ideal FPGA solution.
The Lattice iCE40 Ultra™ series of chips includes three models: iCE40 Ultra, iCE40 UltraLite, and iCE40 UltraPlus. Among them, iCE40 Ultra is the flagship model of this series, with 1,152 to 1,536 LUTs, 63-176 macrocells, and 1.1Mb to 1.5Mb of SRAM memory, which can meet high-performance embedded systems, memory interface, digital signal processing and communication applications, and other needs.
The Lattice iCE40 Ultra™ series of chips also has the advantages of low cost, miniaturization, and low power consumption, and is suitable for applications in smartphones, tablet computers, wearable devices, industrial automation, and medical equipment.
