The main parameters of the Lattice ispGDX2™ series of chips include the number of logic units, memory capacity, clock speed, power consumption, etc. Among them, the number of logic units of ispGDX2-1 and ispGDX2-2 is 26K and 53K respectively, the memory capacity is 4.2 Mb and 8.4 Mb, the clock speed is 230 MHz and 250 MHz, and the power consumption is 25 mW and 40 mW.
