The Xilinx Spartan®-IIE series chip is a cost-effective FPGA chip with a programmable logic cell (CLB) of 2,000 to 40,000, providing rich digital signal processing, storage, and communication resources, including multiple 18-bit x18 1-bit multiplier and a large amount of dual-port RAM. This series of chips also integrates multiple clock management units, supports up to 50 different input/output standards, and is an integrated power management unit.
