The LFE5UM5G-85F-8MG285C is a high-performance, low-power field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is based on the 5th generation UltraScale architecture and is designed for use in a wide range of applications, including high-end embedded systems, industrial automation, communications, and medical imaging.


The chip features a total of 8 million logic cells, 5.5 million flip-flops, and 4.2 million lookup tables. It has a total of 856 user I/Os, and a single-ended I/O voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V. It also has an on-chip power-on reset generator and a programmable oscillator for clock generation. The chip has a maximum operating frequency of 850MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 4W.
