EX128-TQ64A Overview



The EX128-TQ64A is a low-power, high-performance embedded processor chip designed by ESMT. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core and is optimized for embedded applications. The chip features a 32-bit RISC architecture, a 64-bit wide data bus, and a 64KB on-chip RAM. It also has an integrated 10/100Mbps Ethernet MAC, an integrated USB 2.0 PHY, and an integrated LCD controller. The chip supports up to 64KB of external SRAM and 64KB of Flash memory.


The EX128-TQ64A is ideal for a variety of embedded applications such as medical devices, industrial automation, home automation, and automotive applications. It offers a low power consumption of less than 0.5W, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It also features a wide range of peripherals, including a 10/100Mbps Ethernet MAC, an integrated USB 2.0 PHY, an integrated LCD controller, an integrated ADC and DAC, and a variety of digital I/O.
