The EK-U1-ZCU208-G-J is a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC from Xilinx. It is an integrated circuit (IC) designed for use in embedded systems, such as industrial automation, automotive, medical, aerospace, and defense applications. It combines an ARM Cortex-A53 64-bit quad-core processor, a Mali-400MP2 GPU, and an UltraScale+ FPGA fabric in a single device.


The EK-U1-ZCU208-G-J has a 1.2GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor and a Mali-400MP2 GPU. It supports up to 8GB of DDR4 memory and up to 64GB of eMMC flash memory. It also has two USB 3.0 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and two CAN ports. The FPGA fabric has a 28nm UltraScale+ architecture and contains over 2.5 million logic cells. It also has multiple I/O peripherals, including UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIO.
