The XC2V4000-4FF1517I is a high-performance, low-power Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip from Xilinx. It is designed for use in a wide variety of applications, from consumer electronics to industrial automation. This FPGA chip is based on Xilinx's Virtex-II Pro architecture and features four-input look-up tables (LUTs), 4-input multiplexers (MUXs), and 1517 flip-flops. It has an integrated high-speed, low-power, multi-gigabit transceiver (MGT) that supports up to 10 Gbps data rates.


The XC2V4000-4FF1517I FPGA chip has a total of 8.5 million system gates and up to 4 million usable logic cells. It also features up to 4,096 Kbits of block RAM and up to 4,096 Kbits of distributed RAM. It provides a wide range of I/O options, including LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL, and HSTL, as well as a high-speed serial interface for interfacing with external devices. The chip has an operating voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V and a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
