The XC95144-15PQ160C chip is a high-performance, low-cost, low-power CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) from Xilinx. It is a member of the XC9500XL family, and is available in a 160-pin PQFP (Plastic Quad Flat Pack) package.


The XC95144-15PQ160C features 15 macrocells, with each macrocell containing four flip-flops, two 4-input LUTs (Look-Up Tables), a dedicated register, and a dedicated output register. It also contains a wide range of logic resources, including 4 D-type flip-flops, 1 carry look-ahead logic block, 1 multiplexer, 1 register, and 1 output register. Additionally, it has 16 I/Os (Input/Outputs), and a total of 192 logic gates.
